Allowed use

SecureWave is a lawful VPN service. You may use it for:

  • Private browsing and traffic encryption on public networks
  • Accessing location-restricted content where it is legal for you
  • Protecting traffic on untrusted Wi-Fi networks
  • Personal security research and authorized penetration testing
  • Any other lawful activity within your purchased plan limits

Prohibited behavior

These uses are not allowed and may lead to account suspension:

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or accounts
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
  • Conducting DDoS attacks or other network abuse
  • Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
  • Abuse of billing systems, including chargebacks without contact
  • Scraping or probing SecureWave infrastructure beyond normal use
  • Any activity that materially degrades service quality for other users
  • Using the service in violation of applicable law in your jurisdiction

Enforcement

SecureWave may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We will try to notify you first unless immediate action is needed to protect the service or other users.

Reports of abuse can be submitted via the contact page. We investigate all credible reports.
