Yes. Basic is free and does not require a card. You get 5 GB of transfer each month and 1 registered device. You can stay on Basic for as long as you want.
The public Linux release uses WireGuard as the main connection path. OpenVPN is available as a covered Linux fallback. IKEv2 is still internal and is not a public v1 feature.
The current public release is Linux desktop only. macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android downloads are not published for public v1 yet.
Basic accounts allow 1 registered device. Pro accounts allow unlimited devices. You can remove and replace devices from the VPN / Devices page.
SecureWave does not log VPN traffic content. We keep account, subscription, device, and support records needed to run the service. See the privacy policy for details.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If you were charged unexpectedly or the service did not work for you, contact us and we will investigate.
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page or the Stripe customer portal. You keep Pro access until the current billing period ends.
