Acceptance
By creating an account or downloading SecureWave, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to visitors, free users, and paid subscribers.
Service
SecureWave provides VPN access, account management, device registration, diagnostics, and billing tools. Your plan may include limits such as transfer amount or device count.
We work to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page where possible.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. Notify SecureWave promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.
One account per person. Accounts created for the purpose of bypassing plan limits or abusing the free tier may be suspended.
Payments
Paid access depends on an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance. The Billing page, invoice history, and Stripe portal show your current subscription state.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; contact support if you were charged unexpectedly or the service failed materially.
Acceptable use
Use SecureWave in accordance with applicable law and within your purchased plan limits. Prohibited uses include unauthorized access to other systems, abuse of service infrastructure, fraud, and any activity that would materially degrade the service for other users. Termination
SecureWave may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use requirements. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid subscription amounts unless required by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SecureWave does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. VPN services reduce but do not eliminate all privacy or security risks.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. SecureWave's failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to do so in the future.
